Sarah Panzer, LCSW

FOUNDER + PSYCHOTHERAPIST
PRONOUNS: SHE/HER

As a trauma-informed, strengths-based therapist, I don’t believe in pathologizing or labeling clients. You aren’t broken or bad; rather, you may have learned to protect and care for yourself in ways that no longer serve you. Therapy can help shed light on these patterns, and with awareness comes choice – once we’re able to identify and understand our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, we can begin to transform them for the better. Together, you and I can uncover what lies at the root of your issues and explore new strategies for creating positive change.

I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, incorporating modalities such as EMDR, IFS, somatic therapies, and CBT, as well as elements of mindfulness, self-compassion, and attachment theory. Ultimately, however, I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, and we can work together to see how our sessions can best meet your unique needs.

Facing the past, unearthing negative beliefs, and embracing new mindsets can be a scary and overwhelming process, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe to practice self-exploration and embrace change.
