We are an out-of-network practice, meaning we do not directly accept insurance. However, many insurance plans will reimburse you for a portion of your therapy session. Reimbursement rates typically fall between 50-80% once you’ve met your deductible.

It depends on your specific plan, but many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. To better understand your coverage, you can use this out-of-network benefits calculator or call your insurance company directly.
Reimbursement happens after you’ve paid the full session fee upfront. We provide monthly complimentary claim submission, meaning we submit all the paperwork on your behalf. You’ll then receive reimbursement directly from your insurance provider, which usually comes in the form of a check or direct deposit.

We offer virtual therapy services to clients located anywhere in New York State. We offer in-person therapy out of our Flatiron office located at 1115 Broadway, New York, NY 10010.

We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your session. We try to be as accommodating as possible with rescheduling, so if we’re able to find an alternative time within the same calendar week, you won’t be charged any late fees.

Yes! Many of our EMDR clients meet with us virtually and have found it just as helpful as in-person EMDR.

We meet with most of my clients on a weekly basis. We ask that new clients that meet with their therapist weekly for at least the first 8-12 weeks of treatment. After that, you and your therapist can explore reducing frequency if clinically appropriate.
