Eva Hendrikson, LMSW
ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST
PRONOUNS: SHE/HER
The people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring — but they’re also carrying more than anyone realizes. Some of my clients struggle with anxiety, OCD, trauma, perfectionism, body image, relationship stress, self-doubt, or the pressure to constantly hold everything together. Others are navigating major life transitions in their relationships, careers, or families and are looking for support through the ups and downs of change.
As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, I believe therapy is most effective when we approach our problems with curiosity instead of criticism. I integrate skill-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and DBT with trauma-focused therapies like IFS and EMDR to help clients build a more secure sense of self. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can deepen your self-understanding, cultivate self-compassion, and build the skills you need to better cope with life’s challenges.
Getting started with a new therapist can feel like an overwhelming step, and I’m here to navigate that process with you. I offer complimentary intro calls where I can answer any questions you might have and discuss whether we’d be a good fit. If we end up working together, my hope is that therapy will be a place where you feel seen with compassion, challenged when helpful, and accepted for who you are.
